Accounts Administrator- Part Time- Holywood

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.

This role is offering 24 hours per week, and flexibility can be offered around the working pattern.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is keen to grow and develop within an organisation that values its employees and invests in their development.

The Role:

• Accounts payable & receivable
• Credit Control
• Bank reconciliations
• General accounts and office administration, accurate record keeping
• Reporting of finances to SPM & Director as required

Criteria:

• 2 years’ experience working within a similar role
• Excellent IT literacy (Ms Office, Sage 50 Accounts, Mac OS)
• Adherence to internal controls, policies, and best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in ad hoc finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong organisational and reporting skills
