Accounts Assistant

We are delighted to be seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our friendly Accounts team here at Pure. Based out of our Histon office, this role has become available due to a departure within the team, and within this role, you will report into the Finance Manager. This role is a part time position, ideally for 3-4 days a week, and will offer flexibility to work from home.

As our incoming Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the Accounts department. You will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Cash collection to help maintain current debtor days
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Sales order processing and reconciliations
- Assisting with Sales Ledger review
- Support with year end audit
- Additional duties as required

As the successful candidate for this position, you will ideally have previous experience working in a similar level Accounts Assistant position, with good experience of Sales Ledger and Credit Control. However, we are also open to someone who is looking for their first role within accountancy who could be trained and developed.

You will also ideally have the ability to display the following key attributes:

- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good IT and system knowledge
- Ability to work as part of a team
