Accounts Assistant

Search have partnered exclusively with a leading construction firm looking to add a skilled Accounts Assistant to their team in Leyland-offering flexible part-time or full-time hours! The successful candidate will have s solid understanding of CIS.

Duties include:
* Ability to manage invoices, payments, and subcontractor accounts efficiently
* Reconciliation of subcontractor accounts to ensure all payments and deductions are correctly recorded
* Preparing and issuing payment runs, including calculating CIS deductions and submitting to HMRC
* Processing subcontractor invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with contract terms
* Verifying invoice details against purchase orders, contracts, and work completed
* Queries

Requirements:
* Solid experience working with CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
* Proficiency in COINS software for financial management (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
