Accounts Assistant
Part - Time 3-5 mornings a week 4 hours a day
Salary - £28k pro rata'd
Location: East Grinstead
Gold Group are an established and successful recruitment agency based in East Grinstead celebrating our 25th year in business and we are looking for an Accounts Assistant to be part of a team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function; and to assist in the operational duties in regard to facilities

The Role
Key tasks will include the following

• Timesheet Processing
• Sales ledger and Purchase ledger - Producing sales invoices, cost invoices, payment processing etc
• Reconciliations and sales finance reporting
• Assisting the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Maintaining accounting spreadsheets
• Assisting in the preparation of the statutory financial accounts for audit purposes

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Purchase & Sales Ledger in a small to medium business
• Timely and accurate processing of information
• Proficient with Excel
• Experience of sage - Desirable
• Previous accounting experience
