Accounts Assistant

Are you looking to work in an exciting SME? CMA is thrilled to exclusively support this business in its search for an Accounts Assistant. You will work closely with the financial controller to ensure the smooth running of the company by joining a friendly team. The role will predominantly involve managing the purchase ledger, reconciling prepaid cards, invoicing suppliers, and making payments.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

• Reconciling ledger accounts.
• Processing invoices.
• Upload and reconcile receipts.
• Reconciling prepaid cards.
• Assisting with bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring and dealing with accounts inbox.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• Previous experience with Xero.
• Strong accounts payable experience.
• Solid attention to detail.
• Good communication.
