We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Accounts Administrator for a well-established client in the Swindon area. This is a transactional role supporting with the day to day running of the organisation. You will be responsible for financial transaction processing including purchase orders & invoices, sales invoices, and receipts. This is a temporary role but will lead on to a permanent position after 4 months.
Duration: Temporary to Permanent after 4 months
Duties will include:
The ideal candidate will be at least AAT Level 2 qualified and have a good amount of experience in accounts administration roles. Have a high level of attention to detail, data entry and excellent communication skills as well as good MS excel skills.
