Accounts Assistant - Immediate start

JHE are working exclusively with a highly respected and established business in Skipton, who are looking for a part-time accounts assistant to join their team on an initial temporary basis going permanent. This is an excellent opportunity offering progression opportunities for the right candidate, working in an organised finance team. Reporting into the finance manager, this is a busy role overseeing the transactional finance duties of the team, however this role can be tailored depending on experience.

Duties include:

• End-to-end purchase ledger
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Cash and bank reconciliations
• Overseeing company bank transactions on the system
• Processing expenses
• Journal entries
• Processing of payroll (if have experience)
• Excel work - spreadsheet and Lookups
