Mastermelt is a leader in the reclamation of precious metals from post industrial materials and manufacturing process waste streams .
This is a part time role for an accounts assistant office based ( 3 days a week - flexible hours ) located in London Hatton Garden for someone with minimum 5 years accounting experience .
The Accounts assistant will be responsible with task related to :
* accounts payable - entering supplier invoices and credit notes , running payment run in Sage 200 standard , statements reconciliation , sending out remittances
* raising purchase orders - matching supplier invoices with purchase orders
* investigating and resolving enquires, chasing outstanding debtors
* expenses using Expensein , checking and Sage 200 integration - rechargeable expenses
* Filling invoices
* accounts receivable - entering self - billing invoices and credit notes
Qualifications :
* credit control skills
* experience using Sage 50 is a must , preferable Sage 200 , systme used within the last year
* attention for detail and accuracy in data entry
* ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
