Accounts Assistant - Wrexham (Office-Based)

Salary: Up to £27,000 (FTE)
Hours: Part time role - 21 hours (over 3 days or more)

We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team and support the finance function across our main business . The role covers sales and purchase ledger, reconciliations, export documentation, and general accounts admin.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales ledger: invoicing, credits, statements, and credit control
• Purchase ledger: invoice processing and statement reconciliation
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Managing export documentation and files
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice queries
• Supporting the wider accounts team as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 12 months accounts experience
• AAT qualified or working towards (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
