Job Description - Accounts Assistant - Part-Time

Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Temporary (potential to be made permanent)
Hourly rate initially (circa 25k-30k FTE).

My client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
Reconciling supplier statements
Assisting with payment runs
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting general accounts administration as required

About You:

Experience in an accounts or finance role preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with routine, process-driven tasks
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Looking for a stable, part-time position.
