Accounts Associate

LGS Vision Recrutiment are supporting a growing firm of accountants on the outskirts of Basildon with an Accounts Associate position.

The responsibilities in this exciting and challenging role will be varied, offering exposure to all aspects of client accounting, including preparation of financial statements and quarterly management accounts. Working with a variety of clients in different industry sectors you will have a key role in the successful running of the accounts department.

Role:

• Preparation of annual accounts for Limited companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships and LLPs for review
• Preparation of corporation tax computations
• Preparation of quarterly management accounts
• Manage own portfolio of client accounts
• Co-ordinate agreed timeframe with clients for accounts production
• Liaise with clients, HMRC and Companies House & deal with general queries

Benefits:

• £26,000 - £30,000
• 21 days holiday + BH
• Full time or Part time - Min 30 hours per week
• Early finish on Friday's
