What will the Accounts Payable Assistant role involve?

• Manually inputting a high volume of purchase invoices (circa 1,000 per month).
• Answering and resolving supplier queries.
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
• Processing timesheets.
• Inputting expenses.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Assistant vacancy:

• Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently within a lively and friendly AP team.
