Immediate Start - Accounts Receivable Role within a Respected, National Business!
Temporary Assignment | Based in Paddock Wood | Excellent Hourly Rate Equivalent to £30,000-£35,000 pro rata.

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable or Credit Control professional to join a highly regarded and long-established company on a temporary basis, offering immediate start and rewarding, hands-on work within a welcoming finance team.

This growing business has been operating successfully for over 25 years and works in partnership with a wide national client base. As part of their busy accounts function, you will play a key role in ensuring timely income and smooth financial operations - all while benefiting from a supportive team and a modern, well-connected working environment.

This opportunity is ideal for you if you are:

• Available immediately for a temporary role (short-term or ongoing)
• Confident in your ability to manage accounts receivable tasks with accuracy and professionalism
• Looking to add commercial finance experience to your portfolio within a respected employer

Key responsibilities will include:

• Proactive credit control - contacting clients via phone and email to chase overdue payments
• Allocating and reconciling incoming payments
• Handling invoice queries and maintaining accurate debtor records
• Producing aged debtor reports and supporting with month-end processes
• Liaising internally with accounts and sales teams to support cash flow

• Competitive hourly rate, equivalent to a salary of approximately £30,000-£35,000
• 21.5 hours per week, flexible within office working hours

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance administration
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
• High level of accuracy and good Excel skills
• A proactive, organised, and solution-focused approach
• Availability to work from the Paddock Wood office on a full-time basis
