Accounts Receivable - Part-Time

Macildowie are working with this client based in Meridian Business Park, Leicestershire to recruit a part-time Temporary Accounts Receivable professional.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the commercial sector. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis (4-6 months) with the potential to extend or become permanent. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:15am-2:15pm, and the role operates on a hybrid basis (office-based for training, then part-home/part-office thereafter). The hourly rate is up to £15 per hour, depending on experience.

You'll join a busy and collaborative finance team, working within a high-volume environment. The role involves data processing, reconciliations, and some light debt chasing, and would suit someone with SAP and strong Excel skills who enjoys accuracy and pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage high-volume AR transactions using SAP

• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records

• Support with cash allocation and query resolution

• Carry out light debt chasing when required

• Analyse large datasets and produce reports in Excel

• Collaborate with the wider finance team to drive accuracy and efficiency

• Provide ad-hoc support with finance-related tasks

About You:

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or transactional finance

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data handling and analysis)

• SAP experience is highly desirable

• Able to work independently and manage deadlines

• Available at short notice
