A highly successful firm of accountants based in Penzance has a requirement for an Accounts Senior to join their team preparing year end accounts, management accounts, tax, VAT and advising and helping clients with online software & MTD advice. You will be a key addition within a varied role with increasing responsibility and career development potential on offer as you develop within this firm and role

The firm acts for wide ranging sole traders, partnerships and limited companies and family-owned businesses across wider ranging industry sectors The firm uses SAGE, Xero and QuickBooks. Description

Joining as an Accounts Senior based in Penzance you will be responsible for the preparation of year end accounts, management accounts, tax returns across both corporate and personal tax , VAT returns and advise clients on software and MTD changes. You will service a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, other limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. You will have opportunity to carve a career within a successful team and firm as a key addition.

Profile

For this Accounts Senior role you may be part ACA/ACCA, or qualified, as an experienced Senior Accountant within the accountancy practice sector. Alternatively, you may have developed your career entirely through experience to date within accountancy practice, or may be AAT qualified with career experience across two to four years, or considerably more experience within this sector. Your will have a background preparing accounts/tax and wider services for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

Job Offer
