The Opportunity

A growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice is looking for a confident and motivated Accounts Senior ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers a clear progression path into management and is ideal for someone AAT qualified (or equivalent) with the drive to continue developing professionally.

In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of preparing year-end accounts from initial records through to final sign-off, working independently and efficiently. Building client relationships and managing communication will be second nature, as you'll be a key point of contact for a diverse portfolio.

What You’ll Bring

• AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA (or equivalent), with at least five years’ experience in practice

• Strong skills in preparing year-end accounts across a varied client base

• Ability to manage your own workload and deadlines with minimal supervision

• Confidence in client-facing situations and excellent communication skills

• Ambition to step into a management role with increasing responsibility
