Key Responsibilities:

As a Front of House Assistant, your role will be pivotal in delivering a high-quality visitor experience. Key responsibilities include:

Customer Service Excellence:

Welcome visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Respond effectively to inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance throughout the Centre.
- Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.Event Support:

- Assist in maintaining the tidiness and appearance of public areas during performances and events.
- Manage entry and audience supervision, ensuring smooth operations during events.
- Collaborate with the Duty Manager to fulfil any event-related duties as required.Safety & Security:

- Conduct pre-performance security checks and ensure compliance with emergency procedures.
- Monitor visitor safety, addressing any concerns promptly.Ticketing and Cloakroom Services:

- Verify tickets for performances, ensuring visitors have the correct access.
- Provide efficient cloakroom services, managing guests' belongings securely.Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for someone who embodies the following attributes:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive and friendly demeanour, capable of engaging with a diverse range of visitors.
Experience in busy box office environments is highly desirable.
