Role: Administrator

Location: Borehamwood

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am until 2pm (possible flexibility)

Salary: £13.85 per hour, PAYE Contract, Holiday Pay accrued

OA have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Borehamwood.

This is an on-going position with the opportunity for a Fixed Term Contract.

Duties of an Administrator:

• Deal with customer queries
• Processing payments
• Amendments to any online accounts that the company uses
• Calling customers with regards to alerts
• Approving invoices
• Checking & updating spreadsheets
• Log and report any issues to HR & Management
• General Administration

What we would like from you:

• Previous experience as an Administrator
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to articulate strong written english
• Attention to detail
• Available to start ASAP
