?? Temporary Administrator

We're on the lookout for a proactive and friendly Administrator to support our client's team during a period of staff sickness, for 3 months initially. Based in Workington, this temporary part-time role is for 25 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days-flexibility that works for you! ????

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• ??? Filing and scanning key documents
• ?? Researching and sourcing quotes for projects
• ? Assisting with local events and community engagement
• ????? Providing essential support to the Chief Officer
• ?? Creating and updating spreadsheets and keeping data accurate
• ?? Helping to implement a new HR system-transferring staff hours and holiday records
• ?? Cleansing data and building databases for estate management software
• ?? Attending meetings and taking clear, actionable notes

? What You Bring to the Table:

• ?? Confidence and reliability
• ?? Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Word-you name it!)
• ?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ?? Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
• ??? Well-organised and detail-driven
• ??? Excellent communicator
• ?? Full UK driving license preferred
