**Please note this is a part time position 20 hours a week across 3 days)

Your role as Administrator

• Provide administration assistance to the Operations Administration Team– answering phone calls, filing, filtering and sorting post, scanning and allocating correspondence 
• Record communications from internal and external customers 
• Assist in maintaining and responding to administrational mailboxes 
• Handle utility and council bills and queries in accordance to procedure 
• Assist with customer complaints in accordance to procedure 
• Build and send out Licensing folders  
• Process orders, supplier invoices and co-ordinate purchase orders and cheque requests 

.  

• What you’ll bring… 

• Entry level administration skills 

• Good level of IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 

• Experience of CRM systems would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Able to follow instruction and procedures efficiently with little management 

• High level of accuracy with attention to detail 

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as under own initiative
