Job Description - Administrator - Part - Time

Administrator - Part - Time

Hammersmith - Immediate start

£15.00 per hour

Our client is currently looking for an Administrator. You will be responsible for covering the main Reception area and providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff. Working 18 hours per week, flexible days.

Key Responsibilities for Administrator;

  • Support with organisation and set up of meetings for events and displays
  • Order and manage stationery levels
  • Set up and clean down of communal beverage machines
  • Responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including special delivery
  • Provide general admin support including typing, filing and ad hoc duties will be
  • Raise Facility related Purchase Orders and support Facilities Manager with raising POs for other non-facility departments by request
  • Support the site with day to day office and facility related items, reporting issues, providing progress updates etc

Key skills required for Administrator include;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and friendly disposition
  • Proactive and on the ball
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Part-time | Administrator | Hammersmith | Temporary | £15.00 per hour
