Admin / Social Media Assistant (Self-Employed)

📍 Wickford, Essex | 💷 £12.26 per hour | 🕒 2–3 days in office | 📈 Potential full-time hybrid progression

Cain Partners is a specialist hospitality executive search consultancy, partnering with leading restaurants, hospitality groups, and premium brands to appoint exceptional talent across senior and leadership roles.

We operate in a discreet, relationship-led and quality-driven market, where presentation, communication, and brand reputation matter. As the business continues to grow, we are strengthening both our operational support and our external brand presence.

We are now seeking a proactive Admin & Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business while also helping shape how Cain Partners is presented across digital platforms.

The Role

This is a varied position combining administrative support, and social media/content creation.

You will play a key role in keeping the business organised and running smoothly, while also helping to build and maintain a strong, professional online presence.

This is a 2–3 days per week office-based role in Wickford, with genuine opportunity to develop into a full-time position as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing high-quality administrative support (emails, diaries, documentation, organisation and creation)

* Managing and updating social media channels (primarily LinkedIn & Instagram)

* Creating engaging, on-brand content and captions

* Supporting brand storytelling and tone of voice across all communications

* Assisting with marketing ideas, campaigns, and digital visibility

* Helping ensure structure, accuracy, and consistency across systems

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Confident using social media in a professional/business setting

* A strong written communicator with a natural, engaging tone

* Creative with ideas for content and brand development

* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

* Experience with Canva or basic content tools is a bonus

* Background in administration, recruitment, hospitality, or marketing is beneficial but not essential
