Adults Social Worker - Level 3 PAYE Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker - Level 3 PAYE to join our dedicated team. As an Adults Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and assistance to adults in need. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a strong sense of empathy and the ability to work effectively under pressure. In this role, you will work closely with individuals, families, and communities to assess their needs and develop tailored care plans. You will provide ongoing support, guidance, and intervention to promote independence, enhance well-being, and improve quality of life. As a Level 3 PAYE, you will have a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and will ensure compliance in all aspects of your work. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of individuals
Develop and implement care plans that are person-centered and goal-oriented
Provide ongoing support, counseling, and advocacy to individuals and their families
Collaborate with other specialists and service providers to coordinate care and support
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary
Ensure the safeguarding and protection of vulnerable adults according to statutory guidelines and organizational policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and reports
Requirements
A degree in Social Work or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
Registration with the appropriate professional governing body
Proven experience working as an Adults Social Worker, preferably in a similar setting
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong assessment and risk management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of service users Hours Per Week: 37.00

Pay Per Hour: £19.23
