Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a background in General Practice, looking to join a welcoming and supportive surgery?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a friendly GP surgery in the Guildford area on a part-time, permanent basis - up to 27 hours per week. The surgery offers a highly competitive salary, starting from £30 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

We're seeking a motivated and experienced practitioner who has worked in General Practice and is confident using the Emis Web clinical system. You'll be joining a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a surgery rated Good by the CQC and serving a patient list of around 8,000.

Essential Skills:

• Independent Prescribing
• Minor Illness and Injury Management
• Telephone Triage
• Management of Acute and Chronic Conditions

An MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice is preferred but not essential.
