Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner (APP)

Salary: £44,000 - £50,850
Hours: Full time (Part-time considered - minimum 3 days)

Are you an experienced MSK physiotherapist ready to work at an advanced level, independently delivering exceptional patient care? This role offers the opportunity to use contemporary, evidence-informed approaches and digital tools within a supportive clinical environment.

As an Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner, you will:

• Independently manage a caseload of NHS patients with complex MSK conditions

• Deliver high-level care using digital health platforms and modern workflow systems

• Collaborate with a regional clinical team to support clinical excellence

• Contribute to the development of practice through shared learning and innovation

• Participate in clinical governance and continuous quality improvement

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy

• Current HCPC registration

• Minimum 5 years’ post-registration MSK experience

• Post-registration MSc (or equivalent) in Advanced Practice or Orthopaedic Medicine

• Injection therapy qualification (or working towards)

• Demonstrated ability to assess and treat complex musculoskeletal presentations

• Strong commitment to CPD and evidence-based practice
