Working for an independent statutory body supporting the planning and delivery of health and social care services across Wales.
Your new role

  • First point of contact to members of the public who wish to raise concerns or make a complaint
  • Providing administrative support, including arranging meetings, taking minutes and drafting paperwork
  • Coordinate case work in a timely manner
  • Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets and waiting lists


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working in a senior administrative role
  • Ability to communicate with the public both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages


What you'll get in return

  • £14.56 per hour
  • Hybrid working
  • 6-month temporary role
