Join a growing automotive brand at the heart of its European expansion! Pertemps are working ith a top Automotive manufacturer and we’re looking for a confident, detail-driven Aftersales Advisor to manage orders, support B2B customers, and coordinate logistics for parts and accessories.

What You’ll Do:
? Handle sales orders via Epicor ERP
? Liaise with the warehouse/distribution to ensure smooth deliveries
? Keep customers updated & resolve queries end-to-end
? Maintain accurate data & reports (Excel)
? Contribute to process improvement

What You’ll Bring:
? Admin/aftersales/customer service experience (automotive or similar)
? Fluent in French or German for top salary
? Strong communication, organisation & Excel skills
? Calm under pressure, proactive attitude
