We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our client's company based in Eastbourne. As an Appointment Setter you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of appointments for the logistic operations. You will need to be highly organised and self-motivated.

You will be working for a brand that has been established for over 20 years in the transport and logistics industry, with Eastbourne being 1 out of the 100 other branches in the country and over 400 around the world.

General Duties:

• Phoning prospective customers to introduce the company
• Conducting outbound calls to follow up on leads
• Managing a diary of appointments for the Directors
• Keeping up to date notes/records on the system
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and requirements
• Provide accurate information about logistics services
• Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting targets

Role Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• IT literate
• Previous experience in sales (preferred but not required)
• GCSE Qualifications or equivalent
