Apprentice Consultant

Are you organised, proactive, and eager to learn? We're looking for a dynamic Apprentice to join our busy recruitment branch and support a wide range of business-critical functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, administration, and business development while working towards a recognised qualification.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting onboarding, compliance checks, and admin tasks for new candidates
• Updating internal and external systems with accurate, timely information
• Assisting with payroll preparation and documentation
• Creating and sending regular mailshots and communications
• Helping generate sales leads from candidate interactions
• Providing branch cover to enable consultants and managers to focus on client meetings and business development
• Handling general enquiries and walk-ins with professionalism
• Learning to resource candidates and help fill vacancies
• Providing holiday cover and supporting service continuity
• Developing towards managing a self-bill desk as skills grow
