?? About the Role:

• You'll work closely with our on-site Educational Psychologist, Behavioural Specialists, and SENCOs to:
• Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges
• Assist with behaviour management strategies and therapeutic interventions
• Observe, track, and evaluate pupil progress in line with psychological targets
• Contribute to pupil support plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Help create a safe, supportive and structured environment where every child can thrive

? Ideal for Graduates Who:

• Hold a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
• Are curious about human behaviour and passionate about making a difference in young lives
• Are and Aspiring Assistant Psychologist.
• Have an interest in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychology, or SEN teaching
• Are patient, empathetic, and resilient, with excellent communication skills
• Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
