• Support students with special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges

• A psychology or criminology graduate (ideally 2:1 or higher)
• A genuine interest in educational psychology and working with young people
• Empathetic, patient, and capable of building strong, supportive relationships with students
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different needs and approaches
• Ability to Commute to Hatfield
• Experience working with children or vulnerable groups (through volunteering, placements, or work experience) is desirable but not essential
