We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Aspiring SEN Class Teacher to join a nurturing and forward-thinking specialist school in Bedford. This role offers hands-on classroom experience, structured support, and the chance to develop into a confident and skilled SEN educator.

About the Role:

• Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social-emotional needs
• Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual learning styles and EHCP targets
• Collaborate closely with SEN specialists, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic learning environment
• Receive ongoing mentorship and training, with clear routes to qualification or induction completion for ECTs
• Help build emotional resilience, independence, and confidence in every child you teach

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
• Strong communication, empathy, and resilience
• Willingness to learn and grow within a specialist education setting
• A degree or relevant classroom/SEN experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to commute to Bedford
• Commitment to a full-time, long-term role
