Assistant Accountant

They are recruiting for an Accounts Technician to join their well established finance team.

Your new role

The successful candidate will provide accurate financial administration for all divisions of the organisation.

• Maintaining Purchase and Sales ledgers using SAGE LINE 50
• Prepare accounts up to Trial Balance
• Assisting with preparing weekly/monthly reports
• Assist with managing Credit control
• Bank reconciliation
• Creditor and Debtor Reconciliations
• Assisting in preparation of vat Instratrat Eu Vat returns to the Revenue commissioners and the HMRC
• Processing weekly payroll for 300+ people for hmrc and ROI payroll

What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Accounting Technician or equivalent Finance qualification

OR

• Relevant finance experience
• Payroll, Bank reconciliation and preparing accounts up trial balance experience
• Experience of using computerized accounts packages - Sage 50
• Proficient in the use of excel
