You'll be part of a small, close-knit Finance Team alongside the Finance Manager and 2 Finance Assistants, working in a modern, open plan, energetic office where all office functions sit together fostering collaboration and connection. Hybrid working with flexible hours means you can enjoy the best of both office and home working. Full handover will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing purchase and sales ledgers with precision
• Handling expenses and credit control efficiently
• Supporting bank reconciliations and month-end processes
• Leading and supporting 2 Finance Assistants
• Deputising for the Finance Manager when required

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a busy finance environment
• Working towards or qualified AAT (or equivalent)
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
