Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM), Friday (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

• Monitor and track daily student attendance, identifying patterns and concerns.
• Use SIMS to record absences and maintain accurate attendance data.
• Communicate with parents/carers regarding absences, following up as needed.
• Work closely with staff and external agencies to improve attendance rates.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and attendance policies.

• Previous experience as an Attendance Officer in a school setting.
• Proficiency in SIMS and strong administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation abilities.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to attendance management.
