Audio Typist (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Audio Typist who really enjoys a traditional role.

Supporting the busy Partner, your role will see you supporting him with both business and personal work. A fast paced and dynamic role, you'll find that this role will provide a high level of involvement and responsibility.

As an Audio Typist / Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Audio typing
• Organisation and administration of diary and other related matters
• Opening and filing of all incoming post
• Sending out all outgoing post
• Dealing with Client AML documentation
• Liaising with managers and other members of staff regarding meetings

Key requirements:

· Previous PA / EA experience

· Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm

· Strong attention to detail

· Confident and articulate manner

· Ability to work with senior staff with the ability to always show tact and diplomacy.

The salary for this role is £34-36,500 pro rata

This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week but you may need to be flexible over busy periods.
