This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a growing and reputable team with genuine progression prospects available. The role will primarily focus on audit and accounts work, with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidate's experience and aspirations. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and corporate entities across various industries, through to AIM and FTSE listed organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality accountancy and audit services to a varied client portfolio.
  
• Support and manage a range of owner-managed businesses and listed clients.
  
• Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring efficient communication with the team and clients.
  
• Host and conduct pre-audit and post-audit meetings with clients.
  
• Provide expert accountancy advice and support to clients as needed.
  
• Present final draft accounts to clients in meetings.
  
• Manage and mentor a small team of qualified and part-qualified accountants.
  
• Review the work of junior team members, fostering a high standard of delivery and service.
  
• Develop team skills through tailored development plans, training, and support.
  
• Play a key role in business growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.

• ACA/ ACCA qualified
  
• Extensive audit experience, working within a Practice environment
  
• Confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery
