We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within the trust's mental health services. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients while promoting recovery-focused care.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.
• Conduct assessments, implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.

• NMC registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Previous experience in mental health settings is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
