We are seeking a dedicated Band 5 RMN with prison clearance to join our team. This role involves providing mental health support to individuals in a secure environment, conducting risk assessments, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.

• Provide mental health assessments and interventions within a prison setting.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Work collaboratively with prison staff and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Manage risk and respond effectively to mental health crises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS and prison guidelines.

? NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
? Valid Prison Clearance (essential)
? Experience in forensic or secure mental health settings (preferred)
? Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills
? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
