We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves working across a variety of settings, providing essential care to patients, and helping them regain independence in daily activities.

• Assess, plan, and deliver personalised occupational therapy interventions

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans

• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional standards

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
