We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Nurse with NICU experience to join the dynamic team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. In this role, you will provide specialised nursing care for neonates and support families during critical stages of care.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Provide specialised care for neonates requiring ventilation, feeding support, and phototherapy.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Offer emotional and practical support to families, ensuring they are well-informed and involved in their baby's care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with hospital policies and standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection prevention and control practices.
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and contribute to team excellence.

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Proven experience in NICU or a paediatric nursing setting.
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care, including ventilation and feeding support.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care.
