Main Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and person-centred care in accordance with NHS and CQC standards
• Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes
• Deliver high-quality support across physical and mental health settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and update care records regularly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, care assistants, and therapists
• Uphold infection control and safeguarding procedures in all care interactions

Candidate Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• At least 12 months of UK nursing experience
• Strong understanding of NHS policies and best clinical practices
• Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, nights, weekends)
• Right to work in the UK
