Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Band 6 Acute Occupational Therapist to join the team at West Middlesex University Hospital. The successful candidate will work in an acute care setting, providing essential therapy services to patients and supporting their recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in an acute setting

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and discharge planning

• Facilitate rehabilitation and support patients in regaining their independence

Key Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Relevant experience in acute care settings

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
