Job Overview:
We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the acute medical team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for patients in acute medical settings

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans

• Facilitate timely discharge planning by supporting patient recovery and independence

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with NHS standards

• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous acute medical experience

• Previous experience within the NHS

• Experienced Occupational Therapist ready to excel in an acute medical setting

• Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional patient care
