We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team in a rotational acute NHS ward setting. This role requires expertise in managing complex discharges, conducting cognitive assessments, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within an acute ward setting.
• Manage and support complex patient discharges.
• Conduct cognitive assessments to aid in patient care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

• Prior experience in acute NHS rotational wards.
• Ability to work independently on complex discharges.
• Strong skills in cognitive assessment.
• HCPC registration.
