Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team in a rotational acute NHS ward setting. This role requires expertise in managing complex discharges, conducting cognitive assessments, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within an acute ward setting

• Manage and support complex patient discharges

• Conduct cognitive assessments to aid in patient care planning

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in acute NHS rotational wards

• Ability to work independently on complex discharges

• Strong skills in cognitive assessment

• HCPC registration
