We are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust. This role involves providing high-quality occupational therapy services across general healthcare settings, working collaboratively to support patients' rehabilitation and promote independence.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored intervention plans.
• Work with patients across diverse healthcare needs, focusing on enabling recovery and improving function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Support patient discharge planning and provide guidance to families and carers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to trust policies and professional standards.

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a general occupational therapy setting, preferably within the NHS.
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Commitment to delivering patient-focused care with empathy and professionalism.
