We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work across acute and community settings, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and promote independence.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualised care plans.

• Deliver therapy interventions for patients in acute and community settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Support safe and efficient discharge planning.

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience, preferably in acute or community care.

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
