Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist with experience in General and MSK services. This role involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment, providing patient-centered care to improve function, promote independence, and support recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions for patients with MSK and general conditions.

• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver individualized care plans.

• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving daily function.

• Provide education and advice to patients, families, and carers.

• Maintain accurate records and manage a varied caseload effectively.

Key Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

• Proven experience in MSK and general occupational therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage a complex and diverse caseload independently.

• Previous NHS experience is desirable.
