We are currently recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Liverpool University Hospital NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential care and support to patients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs.
• Provide and manage the provision of necessary equipment to support patient care.
• Plan and coordinate effective discharge strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for patients.
• Participate in board rounds and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

• Proven experience in Occupational Therapy within an NHS or equivalent healthcare setting.
• Expertise in assessment, provision of equipment, and discharge planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
